Integrating m-Health into e-Health Strategy Implementation

e-Health Africa Conference

In collaboration Kenya has been a leader in the m-banking and m-finance area and is well positioned to be a leader in the e-Health area. The Conference will focus on the current use and application of e-Health solutions to address healthcare challenges and the innovative opportunities that lie ahead. The program will include seminars and presentations using the latest innovative and multi-media techniques to engage participants on e-Health initiatives in Africa and other emerging markets, as well as a one day training program focusing on the practical use of m-health tools for data collection on the continent.

 

The discussions will be interdisciplinary in nature and provide a platform for knowledge sharing on health technology among the public and private health sectors including payer/provider, pharmaceutical, telecommunication and financial industries, academia, community/global organizations and international donor organizations.
