Dr. Maraki Merid is the Vice President,  East Africa and Middle East of Anadach Group. She is a highly skilled Senior Strategist, Global Health expert, and business entrepreneur with more than 15 years’ International Healthcare industry experience across North America, Middle East and Africa. 

 

Maraki brings a unique sets of skills that combines business entrepreneurship with public health and evidence-based research in healthcare and education having, for the last two years, successfully built up a healthcare service company headquartered in UAE and with offices in East Africa.

 

She strengthens Anadach’s presence in East Africa and the Middle East. Marakirecently moderated a panel on health, at the inaugural Africa Business and Investment Forum, held on January 30, 2018 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia organized by the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in partnership with Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), which  hosted Heads of State from five African countries and over 150 CEOs and senior executives of key U.S and African companies.
