Anadach is looking for health consultants based in Lagos, Nigeria.  We actively support remote work opportunities, but will expect consultants this role be able to attend physical client meetings in Lagos, elsewhere in Nigeria and West Africa.  However if you do join our growing team, you will be working within teams with colleagues all over the world, and depending on language skills, interest and ability may also work on other countries In  the region. We work across the health sector broadly including pharmaceuticals, health technology.


Associate consultants will work in teams as well as directly with clients, depending on the project.




You’ll work in teams of typically 2 - 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.


Our focus is on emerging markets and your role will include performing primary and secondary research, helping validate hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members, on select projects.


Candidates with strong writing and presentation skills are ideal as you will often be in charge of writing and/or presenting proposals, business plans, policy white papers, client deliverables etc.




  • Healthcare / STEM background

  • 4 - 6 years of work experience preferably within healthcare, international development, or consulting

  • Preferably a relevant postgraduate / advanced degree

  • Preferably bi-lingual (English and French, or any other major African language)

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The Key result areas of this position are;

The Senior Analyst is key position to delivering innovative analytic work that supports projects at Anadach Consulting Limited. Anadach Group seeks a top-tier part time postgraduate-level Summer Intern who will work approximately 10-20 hours a week during the Summer. The Intern can work off-site but will be expected to work from the head office with the founding Partner on a weekly basis. The start date is as soon as possible. There is a possibility that the position can be extended beyond the summer period based on performance.



The Associate will work closely with the Founding Partner, Senior Consultants and clients on client development projects, and ongoing projects. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with Partners to prepare and deliver client presentations. Strong research skills are desired. The Associate should be able to work independently to structure analytical and strategic problems and develop actionable and clear steps for clients. Candidates should be able to enjoy a myriad of work responsibilities and projects with the instinct for focused prioritization and execution.



  • History of academic excellence

  • MBA or post-graduate degree candidates with a focus on healthcare strongly preferred.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
